Public Charities
Sedant Foundation donated RMB 4,000,000 to setup Sedant Hope School in 2011. The school covers an area of 5.8 acres and a floor area of 8,442 square meters, benefiting about 21,400 people of the nearby 21 incorporated villages. Sedant Hope School is located in Longhua County, Chengde city, and is equipped with a full suite of laboratory equipments, two advanced computer classrooms as well as multifunction meeting room. This high-level school with first-class equipments makes it a reality that the children in rural areas are able to live and study in such superior school.

Environmental Responsibility
The new buildings cover nearly 2,000,000,000 square meters and the social total energy consumption has risen from 15% of ten years ago to the current 46.7%. These buildings consume a great deal of energy in terms of winner warmth and summer cooling. Based on the relationship between the global warming and building energy efficiency, the building energy efficiency is the essential strategic condition that is able to guarantee the sustainable development in economy and society of China and even the whole world. Decrease the greenhouse gas emission, protect earth environment and build energy-saving buildings & low-carbon buildings are the same pursuit of human beings.
